The coastal cleanup at Brgy. is a good way to also promote the awareness on the detrimental effects of throwing trash and discard off at the coastal areas. In fact, the beach was relatively clean immediately before the initiation of the activity, but the Brandon boys and girls could not be pleased. Bonbon was not only the environmental activity, it was also meeting with such people who have the same feeling of doing something for this world. The participants of the Grand CdeO Eagles Club, the members of the Grand CdeO Lady Eagles Group demonstrated that when people come together in a society, different changes can be made.

They said stuffs which are non-biodegradable such as plastics, were cleared up revealing the emerging issues that our coastals face.

It organised it as not only a method of cleaning the environment by picking litter but also a time to educate the people who were taking part in the exercise as well as other people in the community on the importance of waste management exercise and the effect of pollution to the water beings and other living organisms. It brought into realization the fact that preservation of the coastlines hence the environment cannot be done once but it is a noble task that should be taken and performed with awareness on an ongoing basis.

Therefore, a sense of general coordination could be attributed to the successful coastal cleanup of Brgy. Bonbon sent a powerful message to the wider community: there are positions in organizations that are supposed to ensure that they got it right in the preservation of the environment. Spectacles relating to the Grand CdeO Eagles and the Grand CdeO Lady Eagles outlined the idea that if people unite, society will be empowered to generate results that are advantageous for everyone such as littering for the benefit of health of everyone.
